Vegan-Carne Alliance owes a visual debt to John Gruber’s Daring Fireball, Readability, Instapaper, Medium, and the New York Times. Its editorial stylings were influenced and inspired by QuarryGirl, insufferablevegan, Gruber’s DF (again), Michael Pollan, and the late Anthony Bourdain.
The site was designed by C. W. Moss and coded by Tiimo Schulze. It uses Grilli Type’s GT Pressura Mono designed by Marc Kappeler and Dominik Huber.
